2. Download your desired dictionaries from here, which are taballz i.e in “.tar.bz2” format.
3. Extract/uncompress these “tarballs” by using winrar or 7zip.
4. Copy these extracted folders to “dic” folder which is in “C:/program files/StarDict”
5. Now open Stardict application and enjoy multiple dictionaries.

1. Download and install “ColorDict” application for android from google play.
2. Download your desired dictionary from here, which are “tarballs”, i.e in “.tar.bz2” format.
3. Uncompress these “.tar.bz2” files by using winrar or 7zip.
4. If there is a “res” folder in uncompressed folder, rename it with dictionary name.
5. Now in uncompressed folder, there is a file with “.dz” extension. Change “.dz” to “.gz”.
6. Uncompress “.gz” file by using winrar. There is “.dict” file in “.gz” file.
7. Connect your android device to computer.
8. Now copy all uncompressed files(.dict, .idx, .ifo, .syn etc) along with a renamed folder in “step 4” to “dictdata” folder in your SD card. Create “dictdata” folder in SD card, if it doesn’t exist.
9. Open “ColorDict” and go to “Dicts” tab to see installed dictionaries.

2. Go to “Application Manager” and download and install “Mstardict” dictionary engine.
3. Alternatively, it can be install via X-Terminal, to do so, first download and install “rootsh” ,If “rootsh” is not installed, via “application manager”.
4. Go to X-terminal.
5. Acces root by typing “sudo gainroot” without quotes and press enter key.
6. Now, type “apt-get install Mstardict” without quotes and hit enter key. It will download and install “Mstardict” dictionary engine.
